Quality assurance ?

For assuring quality we should define standards of development QA and tools.

Quality is not nobody's business or just the QA people's business, but everybody's business.

It is a team effort!

The quality of software is seen through all these interconnected criteria:

            reliability                  maintainability                   traceability
                               transformability
                ergonomics                                     conviviality
      interoperability              reusability                              usability
                  sustainability                         efficiency
 

These are the criteria to keep in mindfor effective quality of software. For that reason we need at all stages to keep these points in mind. To facilitate that we need to create standards and procedures to assure that in all the steps of the life of the software: from the collection of the needs, the creation of the specifications, the implementation and testing.

Life cycle of the projects: 

This is the life cycle our projects should have. The length of each phase correspond to the size of our projects for the moment and is not a standard for all projects.
