General Description of release

This release introduces a major automatic testing tool for deployments of people picker.

New Features Implemented

Automated Testing program (details at testing with vt1-pp). vt1-pp can now be used as an automated tester for your people picker deployment. All you need to do is point it at your fed-pp machine, tell it what constraints you would like it to enforce and let it run (preferably via a cron job so it is run regularly).

Other comments

A staging federation has been set up to aid in testing. Testers should begin their journey with our introduction to it.
