General Description of release

This is our first release so all functionality is new.

New Features Implemented

Feature
broadly match the user interface specification
user can input a search string and will get all people in the federation that have that search string in their surname.
user can input a search string and will get all people in the federation that have that search string in their email address.
user can input a search string and will get all people in the federation that have that search string in their description.
user can search for one of the above fields being an exact string.
user can set the maximum number of results returned on a per-idp basis.
user can set the idps to search on (from a list of available idps).
user can get the full details of a user by clicking on their entry in the search results.
user can go back and do another search when they have done with the first one.
user can set a timeout for searches.
user can see the progress of the search.
search syntax with partial and exact matches is defined.
user can see (for each search) how many results came from each idp and which idps failed.
an idp is used to log users into the search page.
site.arp combines with user.arp to give an effective arp that determines what attributes are released.
on search, idp-pp fill out all initial attributes (set in config file) with dummy vals if they are not allowed by effective arp.
fetch returns all attributes it can, search only returns initial attributes

Other comments

A staging federation has been set up to aid in testing. Testers should begin their journey with our introduction to it.
